- Building Phase (8-12 weeks): Construction kicks off, and your project begins. We provide regular updates, and once the project is complete, we conduct a final walk-through.
- Support Phase: Enjoy your newly remodeled home with a 3-year labor and materials warranty and, for qualifying structural work, a 10-year warranty. Know that we’re here for you for life.
Our Showroom & Design Center
One of the critical differentiators that attracts local homeowners to Elite Home Remodeling is our conveniently located showroom off Preston Road and Gaylord in bustling Frisco. Our beautiful showroom is a hands-on design center where you can see and feel the look you’ve imagined before making your remodeling decisions. View color schemes, evaluate tile surfaces, compare cabinetry textures, review wallpaper styles, experiment with faux finishes, and view paint options, all in one convenient, comfortable place.
Finished kitchens and bath areas, a home office/library area, a wet bar, and a butler’s pantry area allow customers to see the latest home improvement ideas and visualize what Elite Home Remodeling can do for them. The showroom also displays many trim options and a variety of countertop and backsplash designs. Rather than trying to make selections from sample books, Elite’s customers can see wood and tile floor patterns installed on the showroom floor. The center is always a work in progress, showcasing the latest products and new design ideas.
