If something should go wrong with your appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, and similar products, Elite Home Remodeling will collaborate and facilitate the procedure with the manufacturers’ warranty policy on your behalf to remedy the situation.
We will also cover the labor of removing and reinstalling any replacements if they were items installed initially by Elite Home Remodeling.
Our warranty, like most, does not cover things like abuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, storm or fire damage, vandalism, and other similar items. But we do evaluate each situation individually as to how we can best help our client and the situation at hand. Further specific details of what is covered and what is not by our special extended limited warranty are in our remodeling agreements and contracts that we will walk you through prior to any work commencing.

The average contractor and remodeling company may only provide you with a one-year, limited, home warranty plan on materials, service, and structural components. However, Elite Home Remodeling offers a full three-year warranty on all labor and materials (provided by Elite Home Remodeling) along with a 10-year warranty on all workmanship of structural components added to your home.

Simply call your Project Manager or our Showroom should you have any warranty questions, concerns, or claims.
We will schedule the service repair for a convenient time while you are at home, or if requested, we can place a lockbox on your home so you we can repair while you are away.
We typically resolve each warranty claim within 1-2 weeks, but often less than a few days.
We know it is an inconvenience when something is not working properly, so we encourage all of our customers to call when anything is less than completely perfect for you and your family.
